World Headquarters Dojo is pleased to host the North Florida Regional Test on December 6, 2025.

Please park in the paved lot at the Mandarin Church of God. Do not park in the grass field. Extra parking is available next to the gym at Burnett Park. Testing is in the gym behind the church. 

Please register here if you are attending, whether as a test candidate or instructor giving a test. Your instructor will let you know if you are testing.

  • If you'll be testing for rank, be prepared to upload a copy of your written paper (if required)
  • Brown Belt and 1-Black Stripe Candidates papers are due November 8. Email your testing instructor/assistant a copy of your paper.
  • Bring a Test Form for your rank level, filled out with your personal information (available HERE on our Resource pages) - PRINT A COPY AND BRING TO THE TEST
  • Kyu Rank test fee: $30, payable to John-Mark Lake via case, check, Zelle (904-314-0774) or VENMO (@mark-lake-9).

Sensei Mark and Sensei Dawn are hosting the annual Cuong Nhu party after the test!

  1. Locals are asked to bring a heavy appetizer or main dish. Anyone from out of town does not have to bring anything but can bring chips, cookies, or similar items if they wish.

  2. Soda, water, Gatorade, wine and spirits are provided. If you like beer, please bring some to share.

  4. At the dojo there will be a sheet at the front desk. For the front gate, I will need the name of the driver and the number of people in the car.

  5. Please make sure to park on 1 side of the road to allow for traffic. 

    Your CNMAA membership must be up to date for you to register for testing. If you can't access the options on the registration form, make sure you are logged in with the email and password connected to your CNMAA account. If you still can't access the registration options, confirm whether your membership is up to date, and renew if necessary.
